Who are we?
Aide et Soins à Domicile, a not-for-profit organisation based in Anderlues, provides and coordinates integrated, multi-disciplinary home help and care services in Hainaut Oriental. It promotes networking to meet patients' needs. To achieve this, it can count on the collaboration of more than 960 professionals (family helpers, nurses, home carers, social housekeepers, social workers, nursery nurses, etc.).
Your responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Administrative and Financial Department, you will ensure that the company's human resources are used to best effect.
The main tasks are as follows:
- Supervise and direct the activities of the Human Resources department:
- Personnel administration (salaries, contracts, etc.)
- Participating in the development and maintenance of HR management tools (statistics, indicators, dashboards, AVIQ monitoring, etc.)
- Compliance with the various regulations on public subsidies (AVIQ, INAMI, MARIBEL, APE, etc.) and social legislation
- Management of the department's staff (+/- 10 employees) with the support of the Administrative and Financial Director.
- Participate on request in joint social consultation bodies (CE, CPPT, DS, etc.) as the employer's representative
- Presenting the company to internal and external bodies.
- Steering the implementation of various short-term projects (analysis of RPS, updating of our work regulations, analysis of tax optimisation in terms of human resources management).

Desired profile
- Have a bachelor's degree (preferably in HR)
- Proven professional experience in human resources management.
- Be organised and able to prioritise tasks and plan your work
- Be results-oriented, with a flair for figures and analysis
- A good knowledge of legislation on employment contracts and payroll administration
- Ability to work independently
- Good collaboration and management skills (delegation, coaching, etc.)
- Have a good command of MS Office and be comfortable using IT tools.
- Knowledge of collaborative tools is an asset.
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills (ability to write and summarise)
- Adhere to the values of the ASD and support its policy of home care for people losing their independence
- Knowledge of how the non-profit sector works (EPA legislation, subsidy applications, joint committees 318.01 and 330, etc.) is an advantage.
