Your responsibilities
- Support the line manager in organising the team, fostering team dynamics and coordinating the team.
- Perform administrative tasks in support of the head nurse.
- Support the line manager in optimising patient services, ensuring service quality and continuity of care.
- Perform nursing duties
- Participate in a rotation with the deputy head nurse and the head nurse to ensure coverage.
- Lead/participate in internal and external meetings
- Collaborate with all stakeholders involved in Home Help & Care (secretariat, social workers, etc.)
- Supervise employees in consultation with the line manager
- Assess the workload on rounds
- Assess the training needs of nursing staff
- Participate systematically in care in the sector in order to assess the quality of care and workload.
Desired profile
- Be a qualified nurse responsible for general care, hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or be a certified nurse or community health nurse.
- Hold a category B driving licence
- Have the ability to work independently
- Possess listening and communication skills
- Experience in team management is an asset.
- Preferably live in the area concerned – in this case, the Beaumont/Erquelinnes region.
