Each patient is monitored by a nurse or nursing assistant, working in conjunction with a team coordinated and supervised by a head nurse. The team works together seamlessly to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Care is provided daily, with one or more visits depending on requirements.

In order to ensure that your needs are met, all requests for nursing care must be made by telephone.

Our service is available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. An on-call service is available by telephone outside of our opening hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Urgent requests must also be made by telephone.
