Your responsibilities
- Logistics mission - main mission
- Prepare material orders (picking, assembly, packaging, labelling, quality and quantity control)
- Manage stocks (storage, inventories, monitoring consumables, replenishment)
- Ensure administrative follow-up of orders (encoding, purchase orders, receipt, traceability, supplier contacts)
- Organise the distribution and transport of equipment between the various sites
- Make deliveries to the centres and, if necessary, to beneficiaries
- Maintenance and technical services - additional mission
- Carry out small jobs and technical interventions (simple repairs, maintenance, replacement of equipment)
- Identify technical problems, propose solutions and coordinate external interventions
- Participate in the maintenance and general upkeep of the buildings
- Cross-functional logistics management
- Participate in monitoring the vehicle fleet (fuel, incidents, etc.)
- Keeping track of certain equipment (work clothes, mobile phones, tablets, etc.)
- Organisation and communication
- Organise your work according to the department's priorities and needs
- Ensure smooth communication with teams and management
- Working with different departments and as part of an interdisciplinary dynamic
- Quality, safety and working environment
- Comply with internal procedures, safety standards and hygiene rules
- Ensure the reliability of logistics data and stock availability
- Acting in compliance with professional secrecy and the RGPD
Contract

- Full-time
- Regular travel between different sites
- Physical conditions: moderate load carrying

Desired profile
- Be eligible for the conditions of a contract « agreement from first employment»- «youth employment»
- Hold a category B driving licence indispensable
- Living in the Eastern Hainaut region
- Experience or technical skills (maintenance, DIY, construction) would be an asset
